The Art of Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

The art of Self-Compassion is the key to reframing your self-view, restructuring your mindset, and rediscovering the importance of showing kindness to the most valuable person in your life; you. This guided imagery combines the dancing flow of Vinyasa with affirmations that will encourage you to embrace your body with kindness, confidence, and self-love.
