Taking it a step further, if we holistically attend to our mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical well-being while prioritizing equity, social responsibility, and Earth-friendly principles, a new sense of wholeness can be achieved.
Living life through our values, and taking intentional action builds self-confidence, self-efficacy, and empowerment while helping us better care for ourselves, our communities, and our planet. In essence, this approach helps us and our planet thrive harmoniously.

Meet Dr. Lee
Hi, I am Dr. Lee, and similar to many of you, I have had my share of health challenges, much of which were the result of my surroundings, environment, and circumstances. Over time, the reality that our environment shapes our mental and physical well-being became more apparent. I sought to change my environment to support my health, but also realized the gravity of the situation we are facing as a planet; we are destroying our homes and our bodies.
This led me to research and refine my approach to living to align with my values of caring for myself and my planet concurrently. Sure, there is no perfect solution and it has been a challenging transition, but I can assure you, that taking a more well-rounded perspective to restore your health is essential. So, if you are ready to make the change to a lifestyle designed to help sustain you over the long term, then put down ''fad" diet books, stop beating up your body, let go of unrealistic expectations, and let's begin this journey together.
